Doomed Soviet spacecraft count crash to Earth this weekend

The Soviet-era Kosmos 482 spacecraft plunged to Earth on Saturday in the Indian Ocean, more than a half-century after its failed launch. It remains unclear whether any portions survived re-entry, but University of Arizona professor of planetary sciences and Space4 Center Director Vishnu Reddy said on Friday the risk to humans was very low.
